Philosophy...

The Liquid Glass Centre aims to provide the very best standard of glassmaking tuition. We teach a broad range of courses in all glass disciplines: kiln glass, lamp-worked glass, cold working and hot glass, and are the market leaders in the provision of glass courses in the UK. All our courses are accredited and certificated.
The centre is also the only institution in the UK to offer a year long NVQ part time program in Glass Craft Techniques.

Every student is supported by knowledgeable and enthusiastic teaching staff who are all highly skilled in their field, the instructors at the centre are experienced and passionate educators who have a minimum of a degree in glass or 10 years industry experience.
We are forward thinking and always keep up to date with current practices and developments in creative glass technology. We actively promote glass as a contemporary medium, and organise exhibitions, networking events and master-classes.

Our mission is to exceed students’ expectations as well as make the time spent with us an enjoyable and unforgettable experience.
